Bands arrived quickly. One loop that holds the strap was broken on arrival. Seller provided a quick replacement AND refund. Both loops on the second bracelet broke within 3 weeks of wearing it. Have put an elastic band instead. Although the product is not of great quality, the Seller s communication and response were great.
