I've given this a positive rating simply for the fact the seller was very helpful and gave a refund without any problem. The actual gold bath chain I was very disappointed with due to it starting to discolour after about 3-4 days! I Wouldn't recommend the chain but as I said the seller was very helpful!

I was however provided with a tracking number (Royal Mail 48) on 29th March and the package did not arrive until
8th April. As Royal Mail do not provide tracking info until an attempted delivery has been made, it renders the service totally useless.
This is no reflection on the supplier, who did all the right things.

I would highly recommend this company as they're customer service is second to none which should give all future customers peace of mind.
