'Little is Much', the premiere recording by contemporary southern gospel duet Old Fashion Faithful, is an outstanding collection of all original gospel compositions written by duet member Theresa Sroufe, tributing the entire genre of southern music, from bluegrass and country music to delta spirituals and Dixieland style gospel songs. Musically arranged and produced by Capricorn Records artist Keith Evans, 'Little is Much' is called the best work of his career, which includes an Emmy award for PBS television compositions and MGM's 'In The Heat Of The Night' musical scores. Keith is a born again Christian who has had a highly successful career in the commercial music industry. He is a noted session musician having been sought out for live concert and album project participation by many of the greatest names in popular music, from Jerry Lee Lewis and Little Richard to The Allman Brothers Band and former Beatles drummer Ringo Starr. Theresa Sroufe and Deborah Foster, the beautifully blended melody and harmony singing duet which comprise Old Fashion Faithful, each have musical careers spanning several years in both the commercial as well as Christian music fields. Theresa is a long time worship leader who presently sings as part of Dr. Charles Stanley's First Baptist Church Atlanta choir. Deborah is also a long time church choir member who has additionally enjoyed a career as a professional tour band singer. She is also a performer for community theater productions of classic Broadway musicals such as Fiddler On The Roof, South Pacific, Hello Dolly and Annie Get Your Gun. The duet and their new album are currently featured in a full page promotion by the southern gospel music industry's #1 publication 'The 2007 Singing News Magazine Sourcebook'. They are also featured on the front page of one of the nation's leading internet Christian magazine publications 'The Atlanta Christian Web' and are receiving increasing radio airplay of tracks from their CD. The duet frequently appears on variety of gospel television shows in addition to their live concerts. Old Fashion Faithful's southern gospel music roots go deep. Their ministry management is handled by inaugural year Southern Gospel Music Hall Of Fame and Museum recording studio engineer Darrell Sroufe. Darrell is also the creator, designer and namegiver of the Southern Gospel Music Association's international newsletter bannerhead 'Staffnotes'. Besides design creation, Darrell's stageshow and performance creativity have won awards and special recognitions from major entertainment venues ranging from Dollywood, Nashville's Country Music Association, The Atlanta Braves and Turner Field Stadium, The Yellow Daisy Festival (America's #1 arts and crafts festival) as well as a special recognition from the United States Armed Forces Central Command for a performance for the cheif commander of America's allied Afghanistan army.
