I change these hose/fitting seals before deep vacuums and always lubricate with the refirgerant system oil type for best results. 250 Micron levels are achievable with these seals in a tight system for 10 minutes or longer before charging.

The blower on nonstop is a lockout mode and not the control board. The flame dropping out 2-3 seconds after lighting is a weak pressure switch or cracked heat exchanger.
