The hvac companies charge alot and in most cases we can help resolve almost any issue. I don't mind sharing information if it will help someone save money and time. The blower on nonstop is a lockout mode and not the control board. The flame dropping out 2-3 seconds after lighting is a weak pressure switch or cracked heat exchanger.
