Very well packed and arrived more than a month ahead of schedule. I'd gladly buy from Oleg again. The transistors that I received were the black military grade 1T308B version, all manufactured in July 1971. Measured on a Peak DCA55, gain (hFE) ranged from 40 to 57, with an average of 47. None of them had leakage that was measurable (i.e. all had leakage under 9µA).
