I ordered a part from this vendor and the part came in extremely fast, faster than it was promised. The part came in on a Saturday and unfortunately it did not fit. The transmission cooling lines were a to small on the radiator. I contacted the seller about the issue. Without hesitation the seller offered a refund with paid return shipping. The items were as described. Shipping was perhaps calculated to lower the price of the item. Packaging could have used an additional strip of tape as the box arrived with one strip of tape that was ripped and opened half way up the box flaps. Shipping to Hawaii is brutal and packages arrive in poor condition if not well packaged. Internal packaging was very good. A good overall transaction.
