Very frustrating. Seller didn't have the boxed software available but kept my money for over a week with travel outside the US. The messages from seller through e-bay indicated internet was "spotty" and I'd have to wait to get my refund. It's confusing why seller could access ebay for messages but could not refund my money more quickly. It didn't seem like a priority. The skillfully crafted messages wore me out. I lost confidence in this seller and don't plan to engage even for free offers.
