Once transaction was complete, the owner was VERY helpful in answering questions of shipping options and in preparing the items for transit on to Alaska. On arrival, items were exactly as described in appearance. I've not installed yet so can't speak to the operational results. Exactly what we were looking for. Shipping cost was absurd but for the level of care in which it was packaged, shipped and delivered, I’d say it was worth it.
