I'm an actual human leaving a legit review cause these guys deserve it! I purchased the "Philips Fidelio X2HR Over-Ear Open-Air Headphone - Black" and it came as described. I'm not an audiophile but I know that these aren't scoffed at. At these prices it's a no-brainer and this seller isn't a scammer.

High quality pro/audiophile headphones at a fantastic value

Very comfortable with the felt memory foam pads and the perfect amount of clamping force. Sound is excellent, particularly the bass is very satisfying, especially for an open-back headphone. It has a little more bass-slanted sound signature compared to it's cheaper counterpart, the SHP9500. The build in comparison is also much better than the SHP9500, it feels it's made of higher quality material and is sturdier, so I feel the price hike is justified and very fair. The X2HR is a little heavier than the SHP9500, but it doesn't bother me at all, I'd still consider it pretty lightweight. The auto-adjusting headband is very convenient, but will make an audible creaking sound if I move or touch my head or face. That's the only negative thing I can think of, though, and it's not a big deal to ...

  • Great all around open back headphones for under $150!

These are excellent headphones but a little over-hyped. The build quality is great but the tall headband gives them a gigantic look. They are over 13 oz on paper but they feel very lightweight and they can be worn for hours without feeling any discomfort. Fidelio X2HR would have been my favorite pair of headphones if I didn't own a pair of Audio Technica WS1100is. Fidelio have a balanced sound and they produce excellent detail but WS1100is outperform them by producing deeper and tighter bass without compromising detail, clarity and sound stage. Fidelio produce plenty of bass but the clean, tight, punchy, and authentic bass from Audio Technica is on a completely different level. Fidelio X2HR are still great for listening to music but don't expect skull rattling bass from these. The ...

  • Affordable Pro Sound....

These headphones gives you maximum high quality sound for an average sum of money. Meaning you could allways get it better if you are 20years old with perfect hearing but you will also have to pay more. Dont look for even more details. You will end up paying for tiny details most of us dont give a rats ass about. If youre 50 and been to tons of concerts youre frequencies hearing are up to 15khz and your ears hearing different things together with a beginning of a tinnitus..... Do the math. X2HR are more than you need. You also get ambience from surrounding noisy sources.....just the way music are made. My thoughts only 🤘

  • Affordable headphones with great sound

They sound good. The open soundstage is good if you like hearing yourself talk or to make things sound more like you're "really there" or in a larger/more open space. There's a fair amount of clamping force, but apart from that they're quite comfortable. The price is much better than on Amazon, and better than a lot of other open-soundstage headphones out there.

  • An unbelievable value

Incredible build quality, unbelievably high sound quality for the price, and a significant improvement from my Sennheisers. For under $200 these cannot be beat. These are reference headphones so bass is clean but not overdone, and can easily be punched up with an EQ. Sound is super dynamic with a huge soundstage and pairs beautifully with a FiiO DAC for my desktop set-up when listening to music on PC.
