      Problem solved.

      Not only was I able to key my doors to my ignition, but there were enough parts left over that I was able to rekey the original tailgate cylinder as well. I'm happy.

      Good Quality - Exact Fit Replacement. However.....

      Very good exact fit to OEM replacement. Keying is relatively simple once you know how. However the provided instructions for keying are not the easiest to understand and there are no instructions on how to remove and replace the lock in the truck door. Unless you have done this before, you would be well advised to view all the on-line video instructions you can find before starting.

      American made door lock

      This lock is made in the USA and the fit and finish is great. I had It assembled in about fifteen mins and I had never done one before. No instructions were included but you can find plenty of info on the internet but I decided to just wing it. Now my door lock matches my ignition key and it cost less than 20 dollars.

      I purchased this item as well as the key matching service and I can't think of anything that could have been done better. I had two new keys and the cylinder in my hands Monday, I ordered Friday! The lock cylinder fit in my tailgate handle perfectly and the keys works just like my original. I would recommend this service and item to anyone.
