Seller left old label on package resulting in item being returned to seller. No apology offered for delay. Absolutely careless packing for item of any value. PSU left loose in largely empty box to batter $1700 instrument in transit. Poor post sale communication, and zero response when I expressed concerns after delivery. Sadly a poor experience from a less than professional operation. All easy to avoid issues with a bit of attention.
