Had two items arrived damaged I contacted Thrifty bathrooms (the seller) and they investigate d from their end and replaced the items. The whole process took 4 days and their employees were courteous and efficient. Well done Thrifty bathrooms, I highly recommend them. Regards Greg.

Would definiately buy from this seller again as price was competitive. With regards to the product, I would recommend turning mains water off before fitting, even though video says you don't need to. It was hard to fit with the mains water pressure on.
