It arrived broke. To get it replaced Seller wanted me to close the return first. Ebay customer service told me not to. I've given up. After several emails he can keep it and I'll order off other trusted sites

Don't really know why you would leave a negative for something if a seller was trying to help you. I can't ship a replacement out to you FREE OF CHARGE, if you have the returns open. Because then, you would get the new item, and then return the old broken item to get the refund. So now I'm out of the money and 2 items. And don't know why ebay told you not to, when you can reopen the returns again ANYTIME BY CALLING EBAY. Sheesh....
