The item arrived before just Christmas ( this motorbike my 4.5 years old sons chirstmas present.) I opened Christmas Eve for setting the bike up. Very poor quality, assembly book shows the wire connection covered this one is from side very easy to damage. And also the bikes seat not sat properly. The bikes body and seat has got gap. I will not recommend anybody. I contacted seller seems like a I m not telling the truth. BUT I ADDED PHOTO EVERYBODY CAN SEE IT

Not strictly true, its a shame we as the seller can not add a photo as we would be able to show that we told the buyer if they were not 100% happy with the item that they could return it for a refund but they did not want to do this. Then when asked what they would like to do, they responded with "I just gave negative feedback thanks". Clearly wanted a refund and to keep the item. As for the wires, the bike is clearly shown from every angle listing photos, the instruction book is just drawings!

I received item very quick . Realizing my son had got one I had to return it . I put the correct address on parcel and forgot to put seller’s name on it silly me . To cut along story short the seller received the parcel within 24 hours of it leaving the post office in Scotland . So a big thank you to the post office in Giffnock also to the seller for refunding money back into my account within hours of receiving parcel . First class service! Thank you Rosemary .
