Doll itself seemed new, the clear plastic was stained yellow (hard to look thru) with MORE than normal wear and tear. Contacted seller for a possible exchange or even refund, thought seller may exchange. Even sent pics as I have other 30 yr old dolls in their boxes and the clear part of box is STILL clear. He said he inspected doll/box so I must not know what I received and said that’s the color. I’ve bought dolls in damaged boxes but knew bc seller was upfront, disappointed with purchase.

The only difference I saw in the photo was that one doll was Brunette the one you purchased from me was Blonde. The see-through box was virtually identical to the photo with minor shading. The box description listed the "original box with shelf wear"; on a 30-year-old box. I am sorry, but your complaint did not give rise to a refund. By your own admission, the box is sealed and unopened, the doll and the box were as described. I entertain and refund or correct legitimate errors, yours was not.
