Nothing to complain about in the transaction; description, price, shipping, etc. However, the circuit design is crude. Once assembled it functioned as expected, but the hazard is in the lack of output over-voltage regulation. I smoked a string of new HV capacitors because the circuit went unregulated from an adjusted 90Vdc @ 12-20mA to just over 300Vdc when the current pass transistor (TIP50) shorted. Beware! Not the seller's bad, just a limitation in the design.
