I replaced this along with the upper swash plate, replaced oil with filter and still get surging when moving lever backwards. Might be the wheel motor or the hydro-gear, but i'll live with it for now and replace it once it goes bad completely.

I contacted the seller and got a response asking if the package was damaged when it arrived. It was not damaged, so the seller checked his stock, but they were out, so he could not get another kit to me in a timely manner, so he gave me a full refund for the purchase. I think this shows mistakes can happen to anyone, but being a good business man he did the right thing,
