    awesome dock works with 5404 5414 7404 7414 models

    if you have a rugged 5404 5414 7404 7414 then you want this. you don't want (and shouldn't) pay 300+ for it on the manufactures' website it is a dock and I tested the ports for functionality and if that's your use case it works flawlessly. I don't use it for this, for me it is simply a charging cradle and wired internet for updates/large files. I don't want to open and close the door to the power port I don't want to risk damaging the door the FOAM or the port itself with this I simply place the laptop on it and its charging. I lift it off and keep rolling.

    Great dock, great price.

    I am using this dock with my dell 5420 rugged. Works great. Simple setup. Connected to a wireless trackball and keyboard and a larger monitor. Having additional ports is great. Would highly recommend for people that spend time at their workstation and also on the go.

    Convenience plus

    Works with my Dell Latitude Rugged 5424. Allows me to set up everything I need when working at the desk (mouse, second monitor, ethernet) without requiring that I plug and unplug each device from the laptop every time I want to move it. As a bonus, the slight incline makes the keyboard easier to use.
