      Great sourse of comfort and help with pain

      I had a similar one I received awhile back and I loved it. This one appears to be just as good. I may buy another one for my granddaughter. She loves it also. It actually helps her fall asleep. (She is an adult)

      don't buy it

      i had strange round circles on my featherbed and one down pillow that i thought might be medical as they are red-ish in color and was quite concerned...it turns out that they are BURN marks from this product the highest heat is a 6 and i rarely used that as i live in Seattle and there are few days even in the winter that would need that kind of heat the circles are down near where my feet would rest..the one on my pillow was when i used it for comfort with a root canal and there was a pillowcase on it so it took some effort i know the directions warn not to lay down flat on this but my feet are probably the least weighty thing on the human body..there is no warning that a BURN will occur with any particular use in the first place

      Good for just the back but no heat for the neck.

      Nice size, good heat, good weight. I gave it an okay because there is no heat around the neck or front part only the back part. I have a smaller one similar to this which has heat in the part that goes around the neck. I was disappointed this didn't have that.

      Soft & warm heat for the back and shoulders

      Heats up quickly and feels so good on back & shoulders. Very soft and has weighted pellets along the edge. Good product for people with lung issues.
