I’m so pissed! My brake pads came used and that’s sooo unacceptable for starters. I contacted seller with my issues, I was asking to send pictures of pads including box and everything. I also did that multiple times and was told by seller they aren’t seeing any pictures and now that I think they finally got the pictures would explain why All of a sudden I got ghosted. I have message the seller atleast 3-4 times after I sent the pictures(not to mention emails before), still no respond to date!

As I mentioned in our previous email, I was away for the holiday weekend when your pictures came through. based on the photos you sent, those pads were not installed. Those pads are part our Advantage Select Parts program, and are made differently by grinding the friction material to the shape needed for that model. I would feel confident installing those on my personal Mitsubishi if need be.
