The water filter works. Just the product said it was an open box. The box came to me crushed and the filter itself. Had scratches and a large ding taking out of the side of it. See the pictures, beyou're stupid low.
But it's hard but the product does work even though. I did not see anything in the description.F out it being scared up and dinged up pretty bad see pictures blow pic up u can see the damage on filter to leave a review u have to hit positive to leave a review not neutral review
