    Careful

    I am a diabetic with pain in the feet. Dr. Berg said this B1 will treat feet pain. However I believe that this medicine has stop me from Poo. I have to take Sena and it still not work 100% I will stop for one week hoping my feet will not hurt. Wish me luck Thank you

    Great Product

    I am using it for Diabetes along with Black Seed Oil. After 1 month of using it, my sugar went down from 125 to an average of 86 in the mornings. I made sure the blood levels were stabile. I was directed by my doctor to stop taking my sugar meds. I am still stabile after an additional month of no meds and I feel good.
