I ordered this item at the end of July and didn’t receive the item, the seller said it was up to me to chase where it was and when I finally found out the parcel had been lost in transit,I contacted the seller they told me that there not giving me a refund and left me £30 out of pocket, really disappointing customer service by them

We have been adviced from 3 different ebay assistants not to refound you. You could ask refound from ebay service, for lost package, we arent aware why you didnt do that on time and get your money back.
