It was the shipping season peak, sometimes it was hard to guarantee the shipment speed. During the waiting time, the buyer asked us to send the third package. Then, she received the second on FEB, 6, and the third on FEB, 9. Finally, we lost about $100 money, and got 2 negative feedback
