Item shipped 5 days after being marked “shipped”. Zero communication. All messages were ignored for at least 4 days. Package still hasn’t arrived. Don’t bother with this seller. Would rate zero stars if I could. Shipping charge of $25 for small item and slowest shipping is ridiculous. See screen shots showing communication from 3/4 to 3/8 without any response. Other reviews are similar - clearly this seller just ignores issues.

This part fit my Samsung washing machine perfectly. The service provider that diagnosed the problem could only order an entire new clutch assembly. His recommendation was to purchase a new machine due to part and installation cost, even though a broken clutch gear was the only issue. That part arrived one week from the purchase date and was easy to install. My machine now works great. Highly recommend giving this a try before making a new purchase.
