Parts were new, but old, dirty and folded in half leaving four blades with creases. The adhesive on the transparent (and yellowed) film no longer stuck to the blades and they would fall off when touched. The not very helpful instruction sheet was printed on A4 paper with the wrong orientation, and sentences were cut off. The font varied from easy-to-read large bold type, to tiny and almost impossible to read. I was not impressed. I can easily understand if people stuff up the application.

Nobody stuffs up the application dude if / when they read the Year 1 instruction sheet. If someone was going to stuff it up - it tells me that they can't read basic instructions!
