The listing indicated a "New" item in original packaging. Arrived in a white bubble pack, no anti-static bag. Seller did not indicate no I/O shield. I contacted the seller about how I could get the part, or give me the name and model number of the board, but I got no response. However, shipping was timely and the board is working fine.
