Gave them 1 star because I am not able to give them 0 stars. Seller never shipped item and never issued a refund. They said they’d issue a refund but never did and they stopped responding to messages.

You are correct, my house burned down, and my phone and laptop were inside the house, once I was able to sign into a different laptop that is friends, i saw the sale and refund request and put it into the system, but the system didn't completes the refund which doesnt have anything to do with me. I'm very sorry I was not able to get you the item you order and I so understand why you were very upset. But i did send you an email explaining why you didnt get any response from me.
