Produit ne répondant pas aux attentes car le tactile ne fonctionne pas correctement une fois l'écran posé (moitié inférieure de l'écran où le tactile ne répond pas). Après contact du vendeur et plusieurs essais de branchement, rien n'a changé. Très déçu. De plus, l'annonce parle d'un kit d'outils mais celui ci n'est pas livré avec.

Bonjour,On ne peut pas garantir votre installation. Si le produit fonctionne bien pendant la phase de test, RIEN ne peut se passer après car c'est un simple réseau filaire. Il n'y a pas d’électronique dans ce type de produit et un fonctionnement aléatoire est IMPOSSIBLE. Vous avez arrache surement la nappe ! Si vous avez simplement testé la vitre vous pouvez nous faire un retour. Le produit doit être NEUF avec les étiquettes de garantie en place. Passez une agréable journée. Cordialement
