    Simple, Clever, Effective Aquarium Car Design

    Unlike the original and take-off's of later design, this "Aquarium Car" has no drive system, no spindle and idler, no image belt, no illumination, and no mechanical problems. Some may think it "cheap", but I think it clever. The Car has two pairs of 3D holographic images that come to life by ambient light and angle of view. In motion, the "fish" swim as the viewing angle and incident light changes the view. Well, I would complain that they could have used 4 different holograms to better the impression of value. In the past, users would "park" the motorized Aquarium Cars on a powered siding, and the fish (moving image belt) would swim in their illuminated backdrop tanks. When moving in a train, earlier cars may not move the fish, or later cars would move faster as the train sped up. Here ...

    Fun addition to your collections

    This is a hologram car. It looks great with no moving parts. I own a few other aquarium cars that rotate the image. I like how this one looks when it passes a light or another train passes it.
