    Item chipped, cracked and then split in two immediately after installation. Contacted Seller about fault with photo of fault, and offerred to accept a replacement as am not keen to go to post office to post item back. Seller blaming fault on me and requested I buy a new one and he will add one for free. Bad customer service (seller talkative) so had to contact eBay to intervsne for faulty item. Would have left at least a neutral feedback but this seller because of behavour. Would not recomend!

    I can certainly empathise with you, I appreciate just how frustrating it can be to break something only shortly after purchasing. However, I am also thankful that a photo of the damaged item has been included with the feedback comment. As all can see from this, the watch has been impacted around the 5 o'clock position resulting in a chip and subsequent crack in the protector. Reflecting on the positives, the protector has done its job and quite possibly prevented more costly damage to the watch.
