    Genies and castles and cats, oh my.

    This is a book I'd read from the library a while back, but it makes a lot more sense reading it now, and was a lot more fun, after re-reading the author's Howl's Moving Castle and House of Many Ways. Characters from those two reappear here, in different forms and guises of course. Not all the connections are really explained hi this book, but the connections are clear after reading the other two.

    Not as good as Howl’s Moving Castle, but quite fun and enjoyable reading. The author is a splendid storyteller and her writing is fresh and clever, creating wonderful beloved characters within their imaginative world.
