I am overall disappointed with the whole experience. Granted they refunded my payment but to have to send back the item i bought 2x because of the same exact problem is just not acceptable. What's worst is they sent me the same exact item the 2nd time which obviously is not going to help. The ipad is branded as refurbished but they did not even test the battery which drops 1% every minute.
