Item description promised it would be shipped within 3 days. 10 days later, when site showed it still had not been shipped, I contacted seller. Didn't respond for 3 days, and then only to say "a problem with my item". Offered a refund, but I wanted a substitution for the disappointed gift intendee. No response. Finally contacted Ebay, seller issued refund rather than sending my requested substitution. So here I am 15 days after purchase, starting over. My WORST Ebay seller ever!
