I was courteous to contact seller and tell him why I cancelled order right after I placed order. It is listed as an OEM, which it is not. I told him his item would not work with my ipod to transfer music to my car stereo. He issued a partial credit. If I would of contacted ebay first, I would of got a full refund, because he listed item as OEM and it is not.

1. This person canceled their order AFTER I shipped it.
2. It is OEM but because OEM means both made by and licensed by, I removed OEM verbiage from all listings for clarity.
3. I provided a full refund and allowed the buyer to keep the item. USPS had the shipping cost because the shipping was free but the full item cost, plus my profit was refunded to the buyer and they were allowed to keep the cables.
I do my best to do right by my customers but this buyer was never satisfied.

Great trusted seller if there is an error or question about the listing contact them bc there responsive as humanly reasonable. The product came in the condition stated securely and safely packaged! Also I guarantee on my honor that if a product delivers to you damaged it is not their doing or the packaging bc we all know that every shipping service is overly aggressive with the packages. Well first of all, the seller replied quickly to my questions about the product and was communicative about when it was shipped post ordering. This is HUGE these days in a divided world.
