I think you haven't read the item description. It is explained that the CDs are sent without the jewel case, and that if you want the case you just have to pay the highest postage during "check out". I usually use bad parts of the jewej cases for protection of the CD. As for taxes levied by Spanish customs, I am not responsible. When establishing the shipping label I indicate the ebay VAT number "VAT Paid: IOSS - IM2760000742". This number is included in the barcode of the label.
