    They took a long time to ship. They asked for additional information, and when they finally sent them, they were useless. They came damaged, the opening and closing mechanism no longer works.

    Foceps were purchased Feb 18 shipped Feb 21 and received Feb 25. "They took a long time to ship" ? - Wrong. They were checked prior to shipping and were found to be new and in good working condition Like all multi-use flexible biopsy forceps, once received (and after each use) they need to be properly prepared (by inserting them in "instruments milk" and ultrasonically treating for 1/2 hour) prior to use Unfortunately buyer was not aware of this procedure (not very professional)
