Control was great but they packed it in a bunch of garbage. A couple cut up car titles and about a dozen shipping labels. So now I have a bunch of peoples names and addresses. Over half the box was filled with trash. Do better!! I won't be ordering anything from them again as I'm sure my shipping label was used for filler in someone else's box.

    Fixed '14 Escape AC problem.

    Both the recirculate and A/C lights were blinking in original control unit of a 2014 Escape. Ordered this to replace original part hoping it would solve the problem before having to take it to a mechanic. It worked like a charm and the A/C is working again.

    was easy to put in. Worked well a few times. however, I do not fault this piece of equipment. After research seems this is a fault of the Ford Escape's design.
