Arrived in good contion on time. Having set up the phone I find that finger print reader and face recognition both work well nwith minimal delay. Night vision works well for fairly close shots but it is very easy to get blurred shots becauser it seems to need a fairly long eaxposure. Focussing is slow in all modes so it takes a few moments between pressing the shutter and it taking the picture. The thermal imaging seems to work very well but taking extra spot temps is limited to 3 at any time.

Always a slight worry when buying direct from China, and phones are a very personal choice. Phone took about 30 days to be delivered, and I accept that. Seller greatly assists in minimising the possibility of import duties, the phone was delivered in sealed retail packaging.On first start, phone has Google utility to transfer existing apps and data from previous phone - worked well.Existing 1tb sdcard DOES work is this phone - an undocumented bonus.Sadly, no earphone jack so no FM radio

It took time for the phone to arrive but thats because we ordered it right before december which is chrismas season and the package is big and had problems with the courier. The seller is very responsive and went above and beyond for us to receive it sooner despite the size of the package. My husband is very happy with the new phone. I'm still astonished by the precision and professionality of the seller. I accidentally put a wrong address and he refunded me in the same day so that I could reorder with the correct address.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra 16Gb/1Tb came factory sealed, with global ROM and with proper EU plug adapter.
