I attempted to send it back for a refund but the seller kept refusing to take it. I asked 6 different times and he kept saying no and that he would issue me up to a 15% refund. I want the 100% refund advertised by ebay. The item had never been taken out of its wrapping, was in perfect condition and was wrapped very carefully for return shipping. I use Amazon all the time with no problems. I will not use ebay again.
