Der Versender hatte sie mit Gewalt in den Briefkasten gequetscht, da hat nicht mal der dicke Umschlag und die Luftpolsterfolie geholfen, und sie ist gebrochen. Der Verkäufer war aber sehr nett und hat fast sofort geantwortet und war bereit den Betrag zu erstatten.
