Waste toner cartridge was completely full of toner in a bag that was also full of toner, but the box looked new. When I contacted seller, seller said they shipped new cartridge. When I sent them pictures of item & packaging, and the used, dirty cartridge, they implied I was lying. Never had an issue with any seller like this before. Be very cautious about doing business with them.
