I noticed no mold, or moisture, and the flowers are dry, but not dry enough to crumble with the fingers. You need scissors or a breaker/grinder to 'chop' them into a useable medium. I would advise mixing marshmallow (the plant), or catnip, or both to smooth out the smoke. Also, try a water pipe with ice in some form to cool the harsh smoke. It's like smoking a camp fire, so dress it up accordingly.
