    This was a poor experience for us although it turned out to be satisfactory after much communication. The wrong it was shipped after a very lengthy shipping timeframe. The seller insisted they sold the correct product that was a rectangular hatch. We received a square one. As an insult to our trustworthiness they made us send pictures and dimensions to prove us right. An eventual rectangular hatch was sent that took an additional two weeks.
