Note: there appears to be another version of this same seed feeder where feeding holes are further towards the middle of the tube, not at the bottom like this one, and some other sellers are confusingly showing both versions in their photos... Also note: the base is simple to open and close (for filling) if you just remember to push down when turning it :-)
