It arrived in good condition but the shipping updates were confusing and not followed up on when the package didn't arrive when stated. The instructions need to be updated to include that the screws mounting the unit to the bezel need to be replaced with new longer ones not provided.The mounting holes are very tight and did not line up perfectly with the stock bezel holes. That said the appearance is very nice. I am still working on it to install it into the truck. The instructions are good.
