Items not as ordered. One had correct box, but it was already opened and had completely different item inside - a very old and incorrect model. Worse, the seller blamed the manufacturer and then asked me to write ‘return to sender’ on the opened parcel instead of providing shipping label. Had to ask eBay to step in.
The other item was almost the correct model ordered but missing one function, not the same as in the photos. Decided to accept this one. Beware of this seller.

The seller unfortunately does not seem to have access to the genuine Lunatik Taktik. I was sent a non-genuine item in a used genuine box labelled for a different coloured Lunatik Taktik iPhone case. I was buying the genuine item for a reason and can’t trust a copy. Hopefully the seller will return and refund the amount so I can buy what I actually need - and change the ad to reflect the actual product, which I’m sure would be useful to some people, but isn’t what I need and ordered.

The additional 'non-branded' case was just a complimentary sample as we did not have the colour you ordered in stock. Sorry for any confusion that the extra case caused. Please just RTS both of the cases and your order will be fully refund immediately.
