Canon PowerShot SX510 12.1 MP CMOS Digital Camera
I got mine at good deal because LED screen was cracked, however, I noticed replacement screens are available for around $15 online. With YouTube, instructions on how to replace are not to difficult. Zoom (optical) is excellent! You can zoom WAY out (length of a football field) but better use a tri-pod to hold focus on subject. Focus zoomed all the way out is marginal, however, the camera overall is great at focusing in moderate and fairly close fields-up to about 6'-100' maybe. Very lightweight. Great to throw in purse or console of car for a day trip. Not a professional camera, but can get some very professional shots. Wildlife sneak shots are possible because you can zoom in at a greater distance than most point and shoots. Quality may be similar to my EOS Rebel Canon but need to develop both photos to verify quality comparison. Overall. Just fun, fast and inexpensive used camera. Think it has 30X Optical Zoom and 4X Digital Zoom, another similar model has 60X zoom. I would maybe upgrade to that model, but for me, this one is just right for casual shooting! Like it. Works well in low light flash is good. Zoom is very good this one tends to overexpose on bright situations I would like to try another one because it may be only this camera You can compensate fairly easily. Great pictures and easy to use
I've owned a similar Fuji Camera (which was lost on a rafting trip) So I decided to try this one at a reasonable price. It is super easy to use. It has wonderful quality, great zoom and wide angle lens. It has video as well. You can manually shoot photos or use the automatic feature which is a bonus over the Fuji camera. The only downside for me (I'm old school) is it doesn't have a view lens. You have to frame it from the lcd screen.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great "downsizing" camera
I bought this to replace an aging Canon "Rebel" DSLR as I wanted something much more portable and lightweight to carry with me on hikes and for taking nature pictures, mostly flowers and insects. So far so good. The lack of a viewfinder takes some getting used to and I haven't figured out the purely "manual" focus but I'm impressed with the images as I do a lot of cropping before posting pictures on my Flickr site. All in all an excellent value. The mini-telephoto lens is great for capturing birds from a distance. A lot of flexibility despite the small size! My only disappointment and why I give this 4 not 5 stars is the lack of wireless transfer from the camera to my MacBook Pro. I can transfer photos wirelessly to my iPhone 6 but, according to Canon support, software for the MacBook is not available. Since the MacBook is where I do my editing before transfer to Flickr this is a disappointment. Import via SD card to to the Mac's Photos software works well though so I guess I can live without the wireless-to-Mac feature.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

A good buy for a lightweight advanced camera
I bought this camera used and it appears to be almost new. My old camera had issues doing close up shots and I thought this camera would do a better job. I was right, macro focus is right on and the anti shake feature helps. There are plenty of features I don't think I'll ever use but it is nice to know they are there if needed. This camera has the internet feature so you can send your photo directly across the internet if needed. Since I bought this used there were no manuals included but they are available free on the internet. Small, Compact and Versatile.
This camera is simply amazing ! Its controls are intuitive and the picture quality is incredible. It uses a normal SD card of any MB/GB size and can also take movies if you want. Excellent Point and Shoot
Wonderful camera for people unfamiliar with camera functions but still let's you have settings you want if you know how to use them. Wide range of lenses available to learn new things with. We got the magnifying lenses and are trying close up nature photos. I have had many point and shoot cameras and this is my favorite so far. Feels substantial in the hand but still light enough for a small woman to lug around. (Me being that small woman) LOL Very easy to use and I am impressed with the picture quality.
