The delivery took way longer than it says and the package still hasn’t arrived. Asked for a refund and they aren’t giving that either. Terrible service.

The customer chose not to read the estimated delivery dates which showed delivery arriving after Mothers day when they ordered. Despite this info before they ordered they still ordered and then proceeded to send 30 messages demanding the item be delivered over the weekend when we are closed. Customer is now demanding a refund for the item even though it is in transit and due to arrive with them, once the customer receives if they no longer want the item it can be returned and refunded no problem
